As a family-run agency rooted in Hertfordshire, we offer thoughtful, personalised support shaped around each individual’s needs. Our goal is always to provide the same level of high-quality home care we would want for our own loved ones.
Our Story
Starling Homecare was founded by husband and wife, Victoria and Rupen Faldu. Together, they bring many years of experience delivering regulated care services across Hertfordshire.
Prior to founding Starling Homecare, Rupen established a successful, award-winning home care service in Hertfordshire, which he led for over 11 years. Victoria also held a senior leadership role in the service, leading the management team, before they chose to pause and focus on raising their first child. Alongside this, Rupen led a respected health and social care training and consultancy business, supporting care providers of all sizes, major colleges, and the Department for Work and Pensions in delivering a wide range of funded training initiatives.
With care deeply woven into both their professional and personal lives, they felt the time was right to create something new. A care agency that blends family values with genuine professional expertise.
